Materials for 500cc

  1. Creme Brulee Powder 50g
  2. Fresh Cream 150g
  3. Chocolate Milk Powder 45g
  4. Non-Dairy Creamer 20g
  5. Hot water 200cc
  6. Fructose 15ml
  7. Tapioca Pearls 100g

Recipe

  1. Put Tapioca Pearls into the cup.
  2. Pour Chocolate Milk Powder, Creamer, fructose and hot water into a shaker and mix them well.
  3. Pour Creme Brulee Powder and fresh cream in a pot and use mixer to blend them together at high speed until peaks form.
  4. Pour hot chocolate and Creme Brulee in the cup and sprinkle raw sugar then torch it.
