Tapioca Pearl Earl Grey Milk Tea with Sea Salt Cream

Materials for 500cc

  1. Earl Grey Black Tea 250ml
  2. Non-Dairy Creamer 30g
  3. Fructose 30ml
  4. Ice Cubes Full Cup
  5. Tapioca Pearls 90g
  6. Sea Salt Cream Topping Powder 50g
  7. Iced Water 200ml

Recipe

  1. Pour creamer, black tea, fructose, ice cubes into the shaker and shake it well.
  2. Pour iced water and Cream Topping Powder into the blender and blend it for 90 seconds.
  3. Pour tapioca pearls and milk tea into the cup, then pour sea salt cream topping on top of the drink.
