Creme Brulee Milk Tea with Taro and Sweet Potato Balls

Materials for 500cc

  1. Creme Brulee Powder 100g
  2. Fresh Cream 300g
  3. Non-Dairy Creamer 30g
  4. Ceylon Black Tea 250ml
  5. Fructose 30ml
  6. Small Taro Ball Sweet Potato Ball 120g

Drink Recipe

  1. Pour Frozen Taro Ball Sweet Potato Ball into the cup.
  2. Pour Creamer, Ceylon Black Tea, Fructose and ice cubes into the shaker and mix it well.
  3. Pour Creme Brulee Powder and fresh cream in a pot and use mixer to blend them together at high speed until peaks form.
  4. Pour Creme Brulee on top of the drink and sprinkle raw sugar and torch it.
