Egg Waffle with Milk Snow Ice

Materials

  1. Hong Kong Egg Waffle Powder 500g
  2. Water 330g
  3. Oil 115g
  4. One egg
  5. Milk Snow Ice Block

Steps

  1. Warm up the waffle machine to 180℃. Mix all the materials evenly and pour 160ml batter to the measuring cup, then pour in the batter.
  2. Cover the machine then turn it upside down. Set the timer for 3 minutes.
  3. Shave Milk Snow Ice by shaving machine and put the Hong Kong egg waffle together.
