1. Panna Cotta Powder 1kg
2. Fresh milk 5 liter

Recipe

1. Panna Cotta Powder : fresh milk = 1g : 5g
2. Pour 5 liter fresh milk into a pot, after milk boiling, pour 1kg panna cotta powder into the pot and well mix it.
3. After boiling again, filter the impurities by the filter net. Pour it into the container and wait till cooling, then put into the freezer.
